1) Why won’t the videos play?
If the course videos aren’t playing, the issue is usually on the user’s end. Try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve it:
● Restart your computer or device.
● Use a different web browser.
● Try accessing the videos on another device.
If the problem persists, check your internet connection or contact us for further assistance.

2) How long do I have to complete the course?
You have two weeks from the time you register and log in to complete the course. After this period, access will be locked. If you get locked out, please contact us for assistance.

3) Can I pause the course and resume it later?
Yes, you can pause the course after completing a segment and resume it later from where you left off. However, pausing mid-segment is not recommended, as you won’t be able to fast-forward to your last stopping point. Instead, you’ll need to restart the segment from the beginning.

4) What should I do with my certificate?
If you are taking the course due to a court mandate, it is your responsibility to submit your certificate of completion to the court or your attorney.
