  1. Introduction

NCPP Operations, LLC (“NCPP,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information obtained through our online driver education course platform and related services (the “Services”). The Services are intended solely for individuals residing in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the Services, verify course participation, process course completion, and comply with court, prosecutorial, and regulatory requirements.

We may collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Mailing address
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license information
  • Citation/ticket information
  • Court or District Attorney information
  • Course progress and completion information
  1. Identity Verification Information

To verify participant identity, prevent fraud, maintain course integrity, and satisfy court or prosecutorial requirements, NCPP may collect:

  • photographs or images of participants;
  • voice prints or algorithms of participants;
  • identity verification information; and
  • biometric information or biometric identifiers derived from identity-verification processes where permitted by applicable law (“Biometric Data”).

Biometric Data may include facial geometry scans, voice verification or similar technology used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention.

NCPP does not:

  • sell biometric data;
  • use biometric data for advertising;
  • disclose biometric data except as authorized by law or this Privacy Policy; or
  • use biometric data for profiling, surveillance, marketing, or behavioral tracking.

Collection and use of Biometric Data is subject to the separate Biometric Consent and Release which must be executed by the participant to receive our Services.

  1. Payment Information

Payments are processed exclusively by third-party payment processors. NCPP does not receive or store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment card data.

Because payment card information is handled directly by third-party payment processors, NCPP does not maintain payment card environments requiring PCI-DSS compliance.

  1. Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information necessary for security and operation of the Services, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • Access timestamps
  • System logs

NCPP does not engage in cross-site tracking, behavioral advertising, or sale of personal information.

  1. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide and administer the online driver education course
  • Verify participant identity
  • Monitor course completion
  • Generate certificates of completion
  • Transmit completion information to courts, prosecutors, District Attorneys, or other authorized governmental entities
  • Respond to customer service requests
  • Maintain platform security
  • Detect fraud or misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

  1. Biometric Privacy Notice and Retention Policy

Certain states, including Illinois, Texas, and Washington, regulate the collection and use of biometric identifiers and biometric information.

  1. Purpose of Collection

NCPP collects and uses biometric information solely for:

  • identity verification;
  • fraud prevention;
  • course integrity;
  • confirmation that the registered participant completed the course;
  • compliance with court, prosecutorial, or governmental requirements; and
  • related legal or operational purposes.

Before collecting biometric information where required by law, NCPP will obtain informed consent through an electronic written release or similar legally authorized consent mechanism.

  1. Disclosure Restrictions

NCPP does not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric information.

Biometric information may be disclosed only:

  • with the participant’s consent;
  • to service providers assisting in operation of the Services;
  • when required by law, subpoena, or court order; or
  • as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
  1. Retention and Destruction

NCPP maintains a written retention and destruction policy for biometric information.

Unless a longer retention period is required by law, court order, governmental request, dispute resolution need, fraud investigation, or litigation hold, biometric identifiers and biometric information will be permanently destroyed when the initial purpose for collection has been satisfied or within six (6) months after the participant’s last interaction with NCPP, whichever occurs first.

Where operationally and legally appropriate, NCPP may destroy biometric information earlier once:

  • course completion has been confirmed;
  • certificate transmission obligations have been completed; and
  • no dispute, fraud investigation, legal proceeding, or governmental requirement remains pending.

Destruction shall occur using commercially reasonable measures designed to prevent reconstruction or recovery of the data.

  1. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services and fulfill legal obligations.

  1. Governmental and Legal Recipients

We may disclose course completion information and related records to:

  • District Attorneys and Assistant District Attorneys
  • Prosecutors
  • Courts
  • State agencies
  • Law enforcement agencies
  • Departments of Motor Vehicles or similar authorities where authorized or required
  1. Service Providers

We may disclose information to trusted service providers, including:

  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Information technology consultants
  • Customer support providers
  • Identity verification vendors
  • Payment processors
  • Employees and contractors with a legitimate need to know

All such recipients are expected to maintain confidentiality and use information only for authorized business purposes.

We may disclose information:

  • Provide the Services

  • Maintain records required by courts or governmental agencies
  • Resolve disputes

Retention periods may vary depending on applicable legal requirements and the nature of the information.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

  1. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and NCPP does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

  1. U.S.-Only Services

The Services are intended solely for users located in the United States.

NCPP does not intentionally market to or collect information from individuals located outside the United States.

  1. Third-Party Services

The Services may utilize third-party providers for hosting, communications, analytics, identity verification, and payment processing.

Such third-party providers may maintain their own privacy policies governing their services.

NCPP may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and refunds are not issued. In the event a customer would like to switch to a different class we will gladly accommodate that request when possible.
